If desired, Sigler Wholesale Distributors will provide rooms at the Thunder Valley Casino Resort for Thursday, October 3. For additional nights at your own expense, please contact the resort directly. Below, please indicate who will attend the conference and if a room is required. The room will be non-smoking with a king bed unless noted otherwise.

If you arrive at the hotel early, a hosted cocktail reception will be available from 6:00 until 9:00 on Thursday, October 3. If additional guests (such as your spouse) are not listed above but will attend the reception, please list their names below.

A breakfast buffet for conference participants will begin at 7:00 on Friday, October 4. The conference will begin at 8:00am and should conclude around 4:00pm.

Registration forms are due on 9/6/2019 and are non-cancelable after that date. If you register, but do not attend and/or fail to cancel prior to 9/12/2019, we will ask you for a payment of $250 per person.
