Spring training isn’t just for baseball fans, it’s for HVAC fans too! We have several classes coming up for you and your team to improve their skills and proficiency.

Fan Coil School (taught by Michael Sardina)

  • Carrier’s fan coil units all look very similar on the outside.  In fact, there are six current models that look the same — FJ4, FG4, FT4, FE4, 40MBAB and 40MUAA.  However, all of these models have a specific purpose and act differently depending on what heat pump is connected to the other end of the lineset.  In this class, we’ll teach you when and why to use each fan coil and explain how each model will work in various applications.  This includes which type of electric heaters can be used and when you should or should not use zoning.
