Saving that Old Furnace (taught by Bruce Sotelo)
- How often do you run into an older furnace that the homeowner doesn’t want to replace? Almost like it has become part of the family that they can’t let go? Or maybe it isn’t in the budget to replace the system right now and they want to keep it running for as long as possible. Whatever the reasoning, this class will provide you with the solution for you to give your customers exactly what they want. In this course we will discuss how to determine if it is safe to keep that old furnace in service and ways to keep it operating well beyond it’s expected life cycle. We will show you maintenance procedures you can perform to rejuvenate the life back into the system and repairs that can be made even if the OEM part isn’t available from the factory. You will leave this class with a better knowledge of providing better service to your customers and offering them another option besides having to just replace their system.
